PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE (Case Western Reserve University) US President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden go head-to-head in the first 2020 US election debate on 29 September. If voters were hoping for a productive conversation at Tuesday night’s debate, they were likely sorely disappointed. Tuesday marked the first time Republican President Donald Trump and Democratic former Vice President Joe Biden directly faced each other this election cycle, on stage at the Sheila and Eric Samson Pavilion in the 90-minute forum co-hosted by Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Clinic.
