Political Islam’s treatment of Non-Muslims; “Kafir” is an Arabic word, which is usually translated as “non-believer” or “infidel”. But those translations don’t fully convey the negativity of the word. A Kafir is hated by Allah and a large portion of the Koran is written about the Kafir. The Arabic word actually means to “cover” or “conceal”, implying that the person wilfully rejects the greatness of Islam and is destined to burn in hell. Continue Reading
More than half of the doctrine of Islam is not concerned with how to lead a religious life but instead deals with how to treat the Kafir, the non-believer. Activities like prayer or the pilgrimage to Mecca are religious, but terrorist attacks, the enslavement of Kafirs or other atrocities, are political in nature. Remarks: Translation of Muslim prayer; Since over half of Islamic doctrine is about Kafirs (non-Muslims), it follows that prayers would include Kafirs too, so every day, a Muslim prays for the punishment and suffering of all Kafirs. The prayers also follow the Koranic doctrine that Muslims are not to be a true friend of them. Muslims are to forsake and turn away from Kafirs.
